How accurate is VisaSnap?
VisaSnap is built on an open, regularly-updated visa dataset and is meant as fast guidance, not an official ruling. Entry rules change without notice — always confirm with the destination's embassy or official government portal before you book or travel.
What do the answers mean?
Visa-free = no visa for short stays. Visa on arrival = get it at the border. eVisa = apply online first. eTA = an electronic authorisation required before boarding (e.g. UK, Canada, US ESTA-style). Visa required = arrange a visa in advance. No admission = entry not currently permitted.
Do I need a visa for a layover / transit?
Transit rules differ from entry rules and aren't covered here — some countries require a transit visa even if you never leave the airport. Check the specific airport and airline before you fly.
